I wanted to have a luxury experience to celebrate my 70th birthday and Donna Moore was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and Responds quickly to questions asked. She managed to book me on a Ponant Kimberly Cruise and accommodation both ends. Sadly, I had to cancel due to a back injury and Donna was so lovely giving me all the necessary information for my Travel Insurance claim. Definitely a 5 Star experience.

Donna Moore was outstanding in ensuring we had a trouble-free and amazing first-class round trip on JAL. I understand her herculean effort to address an issue with an incorrect surname on my booking before our return flight through Paris was a nearly impossible task. But she did it, and I was able to fly home without effort or stress.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first-class experience on JAL and highly recommend it. We were looked after so well on each leg, and their airport lounges were amazing.

Six months before we travelled, we needed to change our return date to stay in UK for the arrival of our son's first child - our first grandson. (re. Bocelli concert) Our stay was superb, super relaxing, dinner was great, limo to the concert was a great Merc Benz. I went to his concert 10 years ago, I enjoyed it, this time, it's even better, it has evolved over time, weather was perfect. Bocelli, other singers, and dancers were superb.
