Virgin Blue has launched a premium entrance and valet service at The Lounge, Sydney domestic terminal. The service is available to Business and Premium Economy passengers and Velocity Gold Members. Virgin blue representative Martin Daley said that the service offers more streamlined and hassle-free experience for travellers. The service allows travellers to avoid entering the departures hall at the airport. Instead travellers will have access to curbside drop‐off, optional valet parking, direct entry, a dedicated security screening point (for guests with carry-on baggage only) and flight check-in, all within Virgin Blue’s The Lounge. The service is open weekdays only. Premium valets rates will start from $27 for one hour or $70 for one calendar day.
