Starwood Opens The St. Regis Shenzhen

The St. Regis Shenzhen, now the world’s tallest St. Regis hotel and the tallest building in the city, has opened.

Designed by famed architect Sir Terry Farrell, The St. Regis Shenzhen in Kingkey 100 is destined to become one of the defining silhouettes on the city’s dynamic skyline, occupying the top 28 floors of the 100-story landmark building. The hotel offers guests a choice of 257 rooms and 40 suites with views over the city, a sprawling Iridium Spa, restaurants and lounge.

Exclusive to St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, the Iridium Spa located on the 75th floor, covers 700 square meters and features eight treatment suites, including two large couples suites and a Vichy Shower suite. Just adjacent to the spa, a 28-meter indoor infinity pool seems to “spill" out over the city with a floor-to-ceiling windows.

The hotel offers 2,100 square meters of meeting and function space, including a ballroom and eight separate event rooms.

Located in the heart of the Caiwuwei financial district, The St. Regis Shenzhen is just an elevator ride away from the most luxury shopping on the lower floors of the Kingkey 100. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Di Wang building are only a short walk from the hotel as well as the Da Ju Yuan Metro Station, which offers quick access to the rest of the city. Shenzhen Baoan International Airport is a short drive from the hotel, with hundreds of flights weekly to China, Asia and dozens of international cities.
