Qantas and Emirates unveil Frequent Flyer Benefit

Qantas and Emirates today unveiled details of the frequent flyer benefits and customer experience offering that will be available through our proposed partnership due to launch on  31 March 2013 (subject to regulatory approvals). 

 

Key Benefits for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members

 

Earn points on Emirates or Qantas operated/marketed flights.

An expanded network to earn Qantas Status credits and Status bonus (with a QF flight number).

Redeem points on any part of the joint Qantas-Emirates network – a combined total of more than 175 destinations worldwide. Qantas Frequent Flyers can already make Any Seat Award Bookings on Emirate services (for travel on/after 31 March 2013) and, from 31 March, will be able to make Qantas Classic Award Bookings on Emirates marketed and operated flights using their points.

Access to both Qantas and Emirates lounges for eligible members in Australia, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.

Tier status in either program generally recognised with both airlines when flying on the joint Qantas-Emirates network.
