Soon, British Airways will be flying A380s between London Heathrow, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles. The new aircrafts will offer various new features. In First Class passengers will be able to relax in their own personal suite, offering the ultimate comfort and privacy. There will be 50% more cabin area and volume, 50% less cabin noise, larger windows, bigger overhead bins and 60 cm extra headroom compared to the 747-700. The passenger decks of the A380 have a total area of 550m2; the same as three tennis courts (singles) or one and one quarter basketball courts. Furthermore, the A380 offers unmatched fuel efficiency, thus reducing the CO2 footprint of each passenger.
