| Dine at select restaurants throughout the village on specially prepared menus in honour of the 10th anniversary of the annual Icewine Festival at Sun Peaks Resort. These gourmet prix-fixe menus will highlight culinary cuisine and hand picked flights of wine from select wineries of the Okanagan Wine Country. Tuesday, January 15 Taste of Sun Peaks |
| Join the Delta Sun Peaks Resort Hotel as they host chefs from around the Sun Peaks Village for an evening of food and wine sampling. Enjoy unique culinary creations paired with select wines and Icewines from the Okanagan Wine Country. Discuss why wines balance certain foods, sample some unique British Columbia cheeses and share in the recipes! Wednesday, January 16 Magic of Dessert and Icewine |
| If you have a sweet tooth, this is the event for you. The 10th annual Magic of Dessert and Icewine competition features chefs from Sun Peaks and the interior of British Columbia as they prepare delectable creations made with an Icewine or Late Harvest wine. Sample the desserts and the Icewines used in each recipe, chat with the chefs about their concoction and vote for your favourite pairing.
