Day One: The Scottish Capital
Arrive into Edinburgh Airport where you’ll be greeted by your chauffeur guide who will accompany you for the duration of your trip. Enjoy a panoramic orientation tour of the city before you arrive at your discreet two-bedroom hotel apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. Enjoy a wonderful dinner in your apartment this evening prepared by a private chef or take a short walk to one of the many local restaurants on your doorstep.

Day Two: Discover Edinburgh
This morning you’ll be joined by our in-house Head Guide, Rosie Peattie, who together with your chauffeur will take you around Edinburgh with visits to Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Yacht Britannia, National Museums and the Scotch Whisky Experience (with the Claive Vidiz collection which is the largest in the world). Enjoy lunch at the famous Witchery Restaurant on the Royal Mile. Return to your hotel this evening to freshen up before you head out to the Royal Tattoo where you’ll have VIP tickets with refreshments available throughout.

Day Three: Into Perthshire
Depart Edinburgh after breakfast this morning for an early morning tour at Stirling Castle followed by a boat ride along Loch Katrine on the great steam ship the ‘Sir Walter Scott’. Drive on to one of the newest hotels in Perthshire perhaps stopping en-route to take a private tour of Scone Palace – where the Kings of Scotland were crowned.
Relax in your suite on arrival and then enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés followed by a wonderful dinner in the Chez Roux restaurant this evening – part of the Albert Roux Empire.

Day Four: A Traditional day in Scotland
After breakfast this morning you can drive to the nearby Glenturret Distillery for a private tour and tasting. It’s then on to the famous Glamis Castle where you’ll be welcomed at the main door by a piper for a private tour followed by lunch in the 16th Century Kitchen. This afternoon you could enjoy a private Falconry lesson or gun dog training session followed by a tremendous afternoon tea. Return to your hotel this evening before heading out to a local Inn for an informal dinner.

Day Five: The Isle of Skye
Depart after breakfast this morning and drive to the House of Bruar for some first class Scottish shopping. Continue to Fort William for a great seafood lunch overlooking Loch Eil. This afternoon, board the Jacobite Steam Train (made famous in Harry Potter) and travel across the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct and on to Mallaig.
Re-join your chauffeur and luggage at Mallaig and take the ferry across to the Isle of Skye. It’s then just a short drive before you arrive at your hotel this evening where you can savour Michelin star dining.

Day Six: Into the Wilderness
After a leisurely breakfast you’ll be collected by helicopter for the short flight to the Talisker Distillery on Skye for a private tour and tasting. You’ll then fly on to the Three Chimneys Restaurant in the north of the Island for the freshest of lunches before heading onto a private Wilderness Reserve in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
You’ll land close to your private lodge in the amazing reserve and an estate ranger will take you on a 4×4 tour of the estate. Enjoy dinner in your lodge this evening and enjoy the extraordinary scenery.

Day Seven: The Scottish Highlands
Enjoy a wonderful walk or try your luck with some early morning fishing before a hearty breakfast. You’ll depart mid-morning and drive to the town of Dornoch for lunch. Enjoy a walk along the beach or perhaps a round of golf on the renowned links course. As an alternative you could play the exceptional nearby course at private Skibo Castle.
Head south to your special home for this evening – a whisky inspired hotel of the highest standard. Relax and enjoy a wonderful whisky dinner together with some guidance on a variety of special and rare whiskies.

Day Eight: Departure
Depart this morning after breakfast and you’ll have time to visit the nearby Glenmorangie Distillery for some gift purchases. It’s then a short drive south to Inverness Airport for your onward flight.
