Bled, with its unique emerald-green lake, is an idyllic location for both sightseeing and relaxation. Enjoy the stunning scenery on a coach trip around the lake, visit the medieval 11th century castle perched on a cliff above it and take a local “pletna” boat to explore the church on the island in the middle of the lake.

Postojna Caves & Predjama Castle (5hrs)

Visit the world-renowned Postojna Caves, a two million year old, 27 km long system of subterranean caves. Take an electric train ride followed by a guided walk, to fully explore this magnificent natural wonder. Nearby you will see the Predjama castle, which hangs dramatically in the middle of 123 m high rocky cliff.

Portoroz & Piran (9hrs)

Visit two of Slovenia’s most popular coastal towns Piran and Portoroz. In medieval Piran with its charming Venetian architecture, take time to soak in the sun or sample fresh fish at one of the local restaurants. In the resort town of Portoroz take time to explore independently.

See the most significant sights of the old city centre – Baroque Town hall, Robba Fountain, lively produce Market and Cathedral of St Nicholas. Also walk along the street whose historic houses hold the remains of the original Roman town walls.
