Recently, Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 were announced in Rio de Janeiro, where Peru placed nine (09) restaurants in the prestigious culinary list. Maido, Mitsuharu “Micha" Tsumura’s Nikkei Cuisine, claimed top spot. The list also includes KjolleMayta, MéritoOssoMilLa MarRafael and Cosme. Whereas, while Central, as “the best restaurant in the world", was not eligible to participate in this category, it did step directly into the hall of fame as the Best of the Best. Day 3

Embark on a delightful culinary journey through Lima, where you'll immerse yourself in the city's vibrant flavours and captivating colours. Your adventure begins with a visit to a bustling local market, where you'll explore the rich diversity of Peruvian ingredients. Next, wander through the artistic Barranco neighbourhood, taking in the iconic 'Bridge of Sighs' and visiting the historic 'La Ermita' chapel. Satisfy your taste buds with exceptional organic coffees at Felicia & Domingo café, followed by indulgent artisanal ice cream crafted from locally sourced fruits. Day 4

Embark on a private transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included).
