Day 1    Home Port – Vancouver (D)
Join flight to Vancouver. On arrival you will be met and transferred* to your hotel in the heart of one of Canada’s most beautiful cities. Tonight join your Scenic Tours Tour Director and traveling companions for dinner at your hotel.

Day 2    ‘The Rocky Mountaineer’ – Kamloops (B,L,D)
Early morning transfer to the railroad station for 2 days enjoying ‘the Most Spectacular Train Trip in the World.’ Relax in your guaranteed Goldleaf carriage and experience unsurpassed levels of Dome Car service. Enter the fertile FraserValley and then follow the Thompson River towards Kamloops. Tonight, perhaps enjoy dinner and a show at The Maple Leaf Musical or Lumberjack Show (Optional Dinner-Show at own expense. Book with your Travel Agent).

Day 3    ‘The Rocky Mountaineer’ Train – Banff (B,L)
Transfer back to Kamloops station and continue your journey eastward into the spectacular Rocky Mountains. Marvel at the glaciers and snow-capped mountains of RogersPass and Kicking Horse Pass. Late afternoon arrival into Banff and transfer to your hotel.

Day 4    Banff – Scenic FreeChoice Day (B,D)

Day 5    Emerald Lake – Lake Louise (B,D)
After a relaxed morning, continue to the glacier fed EmeraldLake and the NaturalBridge. Early afternoon arrive into stunning Lake Louise, Canada’s “Diamond in the Wilderness" and enjoy a nature walk along the shoreline of the lake. Scenic FreeChoice Dining. Day 6    Peyto Lake – Athabasca Glacier – Jasper National Park (B,D)
Travel north today along the incredible Icefields Parkway, acclaimed as one of the most spectacular journeys in the world. Stop at the Columbia Icefield, where you’ll take the ‘Ice Explorer’ onto the mighty Athabasca Glacier. This afternoon arrive in stunning JasperNational Park. Scenic FreeChoice Dining. This evening choose where to dine from a selection of restaurants in Jasper. Day 8    Cariboo Mountains – Sun Peaks (B,D)
Today you will stand at the base of awesome, 3,954-metre Mt Robson. Continue past the early trading settlement of Tete Jaune Cache and into the Cariboo Mountains region. This evening enjoy dinner and a historic look into the fur trading industry and life as a pioneer ‘ Exclusive to Scenic Tours

Day 9    Hat Creek Ranch – Whistler (B,D)

Day 14    7 Night Alaskan Cruise (B,D)
Breakfast at your hotel and enjoy a leisurely morning before boarding your luxurious Holland America Line ship ‘ms Veendam’ for a 7 night voyage through the Inside Passage as you head north to Alaska.

A relaxing day as you sail through one of the world’s most impressive waterways.

Visit Alaska’s scenic capital city of Juneau.  Learn of the city’s gold rush story and drop into the Red Dog Saloon (Shore excursions at own expense).

Day 18    Skagway (B,L,D)
Step back to the days of 1898 where the town maintains quaint facades and weathered boardwalks depicting early days of its settlement.

Day 19    Scenic Cruising Glacier Bay (B,L,D)
Early this morning your cruise ship enters the iceberg-strewn waters of Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve.

Day 20    Scenic Cruising College Fjord (B,L,D)
Within Prince William Sound lies College Fjord, home to 16 glaciers.

Day 21    Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise – Anchorage (B)
Meet your Tour Director today. Enjoy a national park wildlife cruise and continue onto Anchorage.

Day 22    Anchorage (B)
Enjy breakfast at your hotel and the rest of the day is free to explore Anchorage.

Day 23    ‘McKinley Explorer’ – Denali National Park (B,L)
Board a full-dome railcar on the ‘McKinley Explorer’ train. Weather permitting, you’ll catch glimpses of spectacular Mt McKinley.

Day 24    Denali National Park- Scenic FreeChoice Inclusions (B,D)

Day 25    Denali – Fairbanks (B)
This morning perhaps enjoy an optional activity such as a Helicopter Glacier Flight (Optional activities at own expense) before continuing to Fairbanks, Alaska’s second largest city.

Day 26    Fairbanks – River Cruise (B,D)
Board the sternwheeler ‘Discovery III’ for a morning cruise down the Chena and TenanaRivers. Stop at a replica Athabascan native village. Remainder of the day is at leisure.

Day 27    Fairbanks – Tok (B,L,D)
Visit Gold Dredge No. 8 before continuing along the Alaska Highway towards the small settlement of Tok.

Day 28    Yukon River Cruise – Eagle (B,L,D)
Spend the afternoon cruising up the Yukon River to Dawson City.

Travel the Klondike Highway stopping.  Enjoy views of the Yukon River. Tonight enjoy an evening performance of the Frantic Follies Vaudeville Revue show.

Day 31    Whitehorse & Kluane National Park Adventures (B,D)
Today enjoy the capital of the Yukon at leisure. Perhaps venture to Kluane national park (own expense).This evening enjoy a farewell dinner with your Tour Director and fellow travellers.
