Singapore Airlines has been awarded International Airline of the Year for the third year in a row in the Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Exceeding all other major international airlines, Singapore Airlines has been acknowledged for their customer service and were awarded Best International Airline for customer satisfaction 11 months out of the past year.
The award was presented last night in Melbourne and was accepted on behalf of the airline by Singapore Airlines senior manager marketing and alliances Australia Dale Woodhouse. He said that winning the award three times in a row demonstrates the value and level of service customers receive while flying with Singapore Airlines.
“The ongoing commitment from our staff to ensure we deliver only the best each time we fly is something we always remain proud of,” Mr Woodhouse said.
Singapore Airlines aims to extend their services to meet constantly growing customer needs, their recently introduced Premium Economy Class includes new features that have been developed directly from customer feedback. The new Premium Economy Class provides guests with a stylish and contemporary design and offers more space, comfort and convenience.
