Mooloolaba

Just 45 minutes drive south of Noosa and 1.5 hours north of Brisbane you’ll find Mooloolaba. A charming beachfront town with endless boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The town features a number of local attractions including Sea Life Sunshine Coast Aquarium, Mooloolaba Main Beach and Wharf , Bellingham Maze and The Big Pineapple.

Sea Life Sunshine Coast is a favourite among visitors to the area. The interactive aquarium hosts a number or animal encounters from swimming with the seals, to penguin encounters, shark diving and a large array of jellyfish, colourful coral reef fish, turtles and much more in the touch pool and ocean tunnel.

Bellingham Maze is another of the regions popular local attractions. Measuring by 80 metres by 80 metres, featuring a number of mazes including, a hedge maze, timber maze, rope maze, tyre maze and mini golf – an entertainment venue assured to amuse the entire family.

For those looking to immerse themselves in nature, head to the gorgeous Kondalilla Falls in the Kondalilla National Park a 40 minute drive west from Mooloolaba. With a number of fascinating natural wonders like the Blackall Range, Skene Creek, Baroon Pocket Dam and Gerrards Lookout. Covered in eucalypt trees and a variety of plant & animal species the park is perfect for an invigorating day trip.

Those looking for a more exclusive retreat, head to Noosa for fine dining, boutique shopping, world-famous surf beaches and a stroll among the Koalas in the neighbouring national park.
