Deluxe Room

Located on the ground floor or upper floors, the De Luxe Rooms offer a choice of views of the city of Monte Carlo or the hotel’s cypress-lined avenue. The marble and mahogany wood bathroom has a massaging jet shower, large bath, and double washbasins.

Prestige Suites are located on the top floor of the hotel. The large entrance hall opens onto your separate living room and terrace where you will enjoy your private sun loungers. Large bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobe will ideally suit most discerning travellers.

Designer Suite

Unique suite located on the top floor of the hotel with a terrace overlooking the city, facing the mountains of the Monaco countryside. Jacques Garcia has created a different, contemporary decor in shades of gold and chocolate, adorned with art objects. The spacious white marble bathroom contains washbasins, a bath, and sinks by Philippe Starck. A large jet shower completes the room.

Azur Suite

The property, subtle blend of classical and modern architecture, offers rooms and suites designed by interior decorator Jacques Garcia. A gastronomic destination featuring 3 restaurants all managed by the world’s most Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon: Japanese cuisine flavors at Yoshi, refined cuisine at the restaurant Joël Robuchon and Odyssey’s Mediterranean cuisine. The Métropole ESPA welcomes lovers of wonderful sensations in the refined scenery provided by its installations. The hotel’s main restaurant, Joël Robuchon, offers a sophisticated, accessible cuisine with Mediterranean flavors, executed by Head Chef Christophe Cussac, who promotes fresh seasonal products. The open kitchen, a distinctive trademark of Joël Robuchon’s philosophy:  to share his passion and pleasure of food with his guests who can enjoy a direct contact with the Chef while he’s cooking.

YOSHI

YOSHI, the first Joël Robuchon Japanese restaurant in the world, offers healthy, modern cuisine orchestrated by the Japanese chef Takéo Yamazaki, under the guidance of Joël Robuchon and Christophe Cussac. French interior architect Didier Gomez has created a warm and slick décor which gracefully combines the Japanese influences and the elegance of the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo. The restaurant room has a sushi bar and opens into a Japanese-inspired garden, designed by the landscape artist Jacques Messin.

Bar and Lobby

The interior designer Jacques Garcia has elegantly redesigned the bar and lobby areas to create a warm and lively space where you can sit, read, taste a dish or meet up friends. Within a musical ambience created by Béatrice Ardisson, the bar is lively all day long. You can enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, teas, pastries and a food menu by Joël Robuchon.

Odyssey

The Hotel Metropole unveils ODYSSEY, a concept created by Karl Lagerfeld featuring a heated seawater swimming pool and Joël Robuchon’s third restaurant within the hotel. This outstanding space is a true haven of peace, exclusive to hotel residents and to the “Odyssey” members. The al fresco restaurant ODYSSEY proposes fresh, gourmet and seasonal dishes for lunchtime and savoury and sweet refreshments throughout the afternoon.
