With its multi-level layout, it offers flexible accommodation for up to 14 people, ideal for both large extended families or groups of friends.
A large terrace to the side and front of the property has steps leading down to the swimming pool terrace (swimming pool 10 x 5m), again with magnificent views. Broad verandas, hidden garden terraces surrounded by flowering bougainvilleas and pot plants and a secluded dining area (with barbecue) are perfect for both intimate and larger parties. There is a ping pong table close to the house and an astroturf tennis court, 150 yards away, for use by guests here, as well as guests staying at Xyloporta or Tramontana The interiors are very light with doors opening to the various terraces, giving this property a lovely relaxing indoor/outdoor ambience. The top floor living room has two distinct seating areas, one cosy end with fireplace and the other a ‘summer’ end, opening to a veranda. The two ground floor bedrooms have air conditioning, and all the rooms except the lower terrace rooms have central heating. |
