- Cancellation Policy - Between 30 days and 15 days prior to the arrival date - a 50% cancellation fee will apply; Between 14 days and the date of arrival - a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- COVID-19 Cancellation Policy - Should Covid-19 restrictions impact travel, bookings can be amended to a future date within 12 months of travel. If Spicers Sangoma goes into lockdown and guests can't arrive, then they will have the option of a refund or to transfer their stay to an alternative date.
