Designed for families and friends, this intimate offering comprises five expansive bedrooms, each with its own private deck, that all flow seamlessly into the home’s convivial living areas, interactive kitchen and chic ‘bar-deli’ – and onto various outdoor decks and a large rim-flow pool with panoramic views.
Inspired by the rich tribal history of the region, Malilangwe House’s décor and design echoes the refined luxury, yet light and airy ambience of Pamushana Lodge. The surrounding 130,000 acres of virtually untouched wilderness add to the allure of this contemporary African home, making for an unforgettable luxury safari in a magnificent setting.
Providing guests the relaxed freedom to tailor-make their stay any way they want, the house comes with a dedicated private chef, game vehicle, Field Guide and butler catering for every need. Guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy wellness experiences, such as yoga and soothing massages, inside or on the decks.
By Air
- Singita can arrange scheduled flights or private charters for your trip. The Federal Air scheduled flight to/from Buffalo Range International Airport is currently only active on Mondays and Thursdays from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. A minimum of three nights’ accommodation at the lodge is necessary when selecting this option with a minimum of two guests traveling.
- Chartered flights can land at Lonestar airstrip, 12 minutes from the lodge. Guests are collected off the flight by Singita staff and transported to the lodge in game viewer vehicles.
- Scheduled flights from Johannesburg O.R Tambo International Airport – Buffalo Range International Airport: approximately 1hr 45 minutes.
- On scheduled flights, the weight of luggage is restricted to 20kg (44lb) for checked baggage and 5kg (11lb) for hand luggage. Only soft-sided luggage is permitted.
- All flights land at Buffalo Range, located 45 minutes from the lodge. Guests are collected at the airstrip by Singita staff and transported to Singita Pamushana in a game viewer vehicle.
Health Requirements
Singita lodges are located in malaria risk areas and we recommend that you adhere to the advice of your doctor regarding prophylactics. Insect repellent (spray or wipes), is provided in your suite and on game drive vehicles.
Passport Requirements
Please remember that you need at least 2 blank visa pages in your passport for travel.
