Summer Pavilion Chinese Restaurant- In addition to a wide selection of dim sum offered during lunch, the restaurant’s team of Hong Kong chefs creates fine Cantonese cuisine, including traditional delicacies.

Palladio Italian Restaurant- Named after renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508 ¨C 1580), the quality of the food in Palladio centres round the selection of the freshest ingredients, signature dishes and new offerings celebrating seasonal changes.

Hanagatami Japanese Restaurant- Under the culinary direction of the head chef, Hanagatami offers only the finest sushi, kaiseki and teppanyaki in a sophisticated décor that combines contemporary influences with traditional Japanese design.



The Tea Garden- The Tea Garden offers a contemporary Western-influenced cuisine complemented by Mediterranean touches and Asian specialities. Additionally, there is a champagne brunch with free-flowing Moet & Chandon on Sundays and Public Holidays. On the first Sunday of every month, a Rose Champagne Brunch is served.

The Lobby Lounge- A cozy and elegant rendezvous offering refreshments from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight, while snacks are offered from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Afternoon tea is served daily from 2 to 5:30 p.m. Evening cocktails, late night drinks and cigars are also available.
