LPS-palacio-5

Palacio del Inka stands in the historic centre of Cusco. Directly across from the Koricancha, a five-minute walk from the main square and less than a mile from an array of museums, markets, and restaurants.

The historic capital of the Incan Empire is woven with the threads of age-old Peruvian traditions and embellished with the details of Spanish elegance. Within peaceful courtyards, lively European-style squares, and sacred hillside sanctuaries, unforgettable encounters await.

Presently, avenues, centuries-old passageways, cobblestone side streets, and alleys traverse the city, each leading to the Palacio del Inka.

Just a short stroll away, the Museo de Art Precolombino and Museo Inka present artefacts that trace Peruvian history from pre-Inka civilisations to Inka culture to the impact of the conquest. History is also on display at the nearby Stone of the 12 Angles -a massive stone demonstrating the perfection of Inka architecture- and at Saqsayhuaman, one of the largest open-space temples left by the Inkas. Additionally, the city’s main square -home to the Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site- is less than a half-mile walk from the hotel, along El Sol Avenue.

T’ikariy Tour Desk

Whether guests are looking for culture, fun, or adventure -or all three at once, the T’ikariy Tour Desk presents a variety of captivating options.

Guests looking for low impact activities enjoy local walking and biking tours that explore celebrated city sites and streets, while more athletic guests embark on a cycling, hiking, or river rafting adventure in the Sacred Valley, surrounded by dramatic scenery.

Those interested in a speciality experience select between gastronomic forays to nearby restaurants and kitchens;trips to Pisaq, a Sacred Valley market rich in local traditions; forays to Maras and Moray, Inkan archaeological sites, and more.

Dining

Inti Raymi Restaurant

At the same time, it serves up premium international cuisine, which debuts in the Breakfast Buffet.

Rumi Bar

The menu includes the signature Chicherito and Pisco Sour, along with traditional cocktails, wines, and beer. Meanwhile, snacks and Tapas range from regional specialities to international favourites, such as mini pizzas.
