- Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled outside of the 7 days, full prepayment will be refunded. Within 7 days, the full amount will be forfeited. However, should COVID border restrictions affect your booking, you are able to move to a future date, or alternatively receive a credit to be used within 6 months of your current booked date.

Piccadilly Valley Room
These rooms offer incredible views across the valley and include a sitting area with outdoor balcony and a library of assorted books.
Conservatory Suite
Separate generous master bedroom with a four-post king size bed and adjoining conservatory style sunroom that overlooks the gardens and Piccadilly Valley.
Tower Suite
A dual level suite, with a loft-style bedroom with four-post bed, generous ensuite with spa-bath, well-appointed living room and breathtaking views the pool and the gardens.
Escarpment Suite
Located on the edge of the escarpment, the Escarpment Suites feature an open plan design, with a panoramic balcony and outdoor lounge. Stunning views from all rooms over the estate, village and vineyards. Boasting a gas fireplace, bathtub with a wellness shower, king size bed and complimentary mini bar.
About Mount Lofty House
Built in 1852 on 30 acres of paradise, the grand estate commands panoramic views of the Piccadilly Valley. The manor soon became the venue for the state premiers’ lavish and infamous parties. In 1983 the house was burnt down during the devastating fires and restored in 1986 with premium additions to the luxurious estate over the coming years.
Located just 15 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD, Mount Lofty House transports you to another world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With lush, green, expansive manicured gardens guests will be taken by its beauty. The manor has a 3-hat restaurant – Hardy’s Verandah Restaurant, a lounge bar, day spa, library, tennis, swimming pool, outdoor woodfire pizza oven, croquet, multiple artworks and sculptures and a wine cellar for guests to enjoy.
Located in the Adelaide Hills wine region, surrounded by other award-winning regions including McLaren Vale and the Barossa only one hour away, it’s the perfect location for a wine lovers’ getaway.
Do as little or as much as you please. With Gate Keepers Day Spa on site and Mount Lofty Botanic Garden and Hiking track are both accessible from the property. Many pristine beaches are located close by and the historic town of Hahndorf for a little taste of Germany.
