- Minimum 2 night stay Midweek.
- Full payment of the tariff is required upon booking unless it is made more than 3 months before the commencement of the booking in which case a deposit of 50% of the tariff is required upon booking.
- Villa Janji is a private couple’s retreat: no children (guests, visitors or otherwise) are allowed on site.
- Swimming pools open from October long weekend through to Easter.
- Firewood for log fires provided Easter through to October long weekend.

Villa Janji Hunter Valley luxury couple’s accommodation is located on a hillside in the landscaped grounds of Midnight’s Promise Estate. With panoramic views over vineyards and the beautiful Brokenback Mountains, this stunning villa combines a perfect, private setting, Balinese themed luxury and romantic couples-only accommodation. Villa Janji features 4 pos king size Balinese bed and Balinese furniture, a deep double bath, heated bathroom floors and a cosy log fire to keep warm during the chill nights. There is a large flat screen TV with surround sound speaker system, reverse cycle air conditioning and a Nespresso machine to make yourself at home.
