Terms and conditions

  • Reservation cancellations must be sent to The Louise at least one month prior to arrival date, in which case the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded without incurring a cancellation fee. Any requests received less than one month prior to arrival will result in the deposit being applied to a cancellation fee which will be equal to the value of the entire stay and any dining, touring or other services that have been pre-booked.

The Premium Suite is our large guest room ideal for couples exploring the Barossa and wishing to stay in the finest accommodation in the region.

Premium Suite Two Bedroom 185m2

This Premium Suite is our largest guest room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large shared lounge area and is ideal for up to four guests travelling together.
This suite features your own private sunset terrace, gated entry courtyard with water feature, gas-log fireplace, two king beds with fine linens (or one king and two single beds, or four single beds upon request), one large spa tub, two Bose sound systems, writing desk, free wi-fi internet access, indoor and outdoor dining tables, mini-bar, espresso machine, four flat-screen TVs and DVD players, heated towel rail, two walk-in rain showers, two private outdoor showers, two basins and separate toilet in each bathroom, and two walk-in robe and luggage areas.
