| Situated on an exclusive, large, private estate at La Moutte, this beautiful property has wonderful sea views. Access to the estate is by security gates, and the house has its own alarm system. From the property, there is a path (approximately 200 metres) leading down to the residents’ beach.
Surrounding the house is a garden, with vines, flowers and trees, and a boules court on a lower level. The swimming pool (11 x 5m), at one side of the house, is sheltered by umbrella pine trees, and there is a covered dining area. The terrace at the front of the house has an outdoor dining area and built-in barbecue. The house is a traditional stone Provençal mas with lots of beautiful original features, including heavily beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and fireplaces. It has been renovated throughout to create luxuriously comfortable accommodation. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, and the first floor bedrooms also have mosquito nets. The property is also equipped with satellite TV, DVD and ADSL internet access. |
