Slip into premier Fiji island accommodations, with rattan furnishings, a plush king-size bed, oversized bathrooms, private deck, and bures with garden or ocean views.

The Jean Michel Cousteau Fiji Islands resort accommodations include all meals, bottled non-alcoholic beverages and round-trip transportation between the resort and Savusavu Airport. To enhance tranquillity, the Fijian bures have no telephones or televisions, however, there is complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.

Garden View Bures

These spacious garden bures are surrounded by tropical gardens with exotic flowers and include a large deck with outdoor table and chairs. Each Gardenview Bure comes with a king bed and a day bed, making these accommodations ideal for a couple or a family with up to 2 children, 12 years and under (rollaway bed for 2nd child). Maximum capacity 3 adults, or 2 adults/2 children.

Oceanfront Bures

Oceanfront Bures offer blissful bay views and a spacious split-level deck with outdoor table and chairs, chaise lounges and an inviting hammock. The beachfront Bure comes with a king bed and a day bed, perfect for a couple or a family with up to 2 children, 12 years and under (rollaway bed for 2nd child).

Oceanfront Two-Bedroom Bures

Slip away to the enchantment of Fiji with extra privacy and comfort. Our Oceanfront 2-Bedroom Bure makes the perfect family accommodation for four or five. The main bedroom features one king bed and one day bed plus a small sitting area, while the smaller second bedroom provides two twin beds. Step outside to uninterrupted breathtaking views from your spacious deck, and relax in the hammock or on the chaise lounges. Maximum capacity 5 adults, or 2 adults/3 children.

Deluxe Oceanfront Two-Bedroom Bures

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom bure with the second bedroom being under a separate roof but interconnecting. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a single daybed, while the second bedroom has the option of a King bed or two King single beds. This accommodation is suited for families or honeymoon couples travelling together. Maximum capacity 5 adults, or 2 adults/3 children.

Point Reef Bures

These secluded,  split-level bures are designed to provide one of the most romantic getaways Fiji has to offer. These ocean view bungalows include plenty of living space, a balcony with chaise lounges, and a spacious deck with outdoor table and chairs. Each Point Reef Bure offers a spectacular ocean view from the living room and bedroom. Children are welcome in these accommodations during specifically designated periods of school holidays and summer vacation.

The spa resort has recently started using “Nui Health Fiji” pure virgin coconut oil harvested locally by the people of the Wailevu Village on the shores of Savusavu Bay.

Treat yourself to sumptuous Fijian cuisine, South Pacific, and Asian-inspired delicacies. All meals are included in your stay and served in the restaurant overlooking Savusavu Bay or al fresco poolside. Musicians will serenade you with the soft harmonies of traditional Fijian songs, Fijian versions of some old favourites, and even invite you to participate in a Kava Ceremony. Once a week guests can enjoy a traditional Fijian Lovo Feast. You can also choose a private romantic dinner in a beachside dining bure. Paradise has never tasted so good.

Major Airlines fly from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Nadi.

HOW TO GET FROM NADI TO SAVUSAVU AIRPORT
Fiji Link, Fiji’s domestic airline and subsidiary of Fiji Airways, and the local airline Island Hoppers, have daily 1-hour flights between Nadi and Savusavu. Pacific Island Seaplanes has a private charter service from Nadi direct to the end of the jetty at the resort.

HOW TO GET FROM SAVUSAVU AIRPORT TO THE RESORT
The resort provides complimentary transfers between Savusavu Airport and the resort in our air-conditioned vehicles. Our driver will be waiting for you to take you on the shoreline drive to the resort in about 20 minutes.
