Superior Single

An exquisite jewel-like oasis for the individual guest, these rooms are graced with high ceilings and feature windows overlooking the charming tiled rooftops of Venice. Located in the spectacular 14th century Palazzo Dandolo, rooms evoke the regal Empire style with shimmering damask upholstery, complemented by soft hues of green, blue, yellow and deep red.

Deluxe Double

Located on the opulent Palazzo Dandolo’s first two floors, the Deluxe Double rooms are a beautiful retreat for two. These intimate rooms promise the ultimate in comfort with resplendent furnishings and exquisite details.  Majestic windows frame snapshots of Venetian life and the cobblestones of Calle de le Rasse, while the room interior boastsrich velvets and elegant floor to ceiling drapes. 

Premium Deluxe Double

Surround yourself with a sense of local history and charming hospitality in the Premium Deluxe Double rooms, located in both the spectacular Palazzo Dandolo and the Palazzo Casa Nuova.These rooms offer dramatic high ceilings and grand windows. Those rooms housed in Palazzo Dandolo enjoy quintessential neighborhood views and glints of Murano glass along with vivd yellows and vibrants reds echo the glorious Empire period. For those rooms situated in Casa Nuova, tapestries of blue and pink along with lacquered furnishings echo the romantic Baroque period.

Luxury Double

Renovated by the famous French interior designer Jacques Garcia, the Luxury Double Rooms are located in the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior.  Offering a serene and undeniably theatrical setting, these rooms feature forest green damask headboards and distinctive Doge red drapery in the bedroom and an inviting living area with elaborate gilded molding and parquet flooring.

Deluxe Lagoon View Double

Indulge in the enchanting panorama of the Venetian Lagoon from the comfort of a Deluxe Lagoon View Double room. Admire hand blown Murano glass lamps and chandeliers paired with unique historic detailing. These rooms are located either in the magnificent 14th century Palazzo Dandolo or Palazzo Casa Nuova with cream tapestries and pastel furnishings. Room 10 offers a particularly auspicious history as it was here that the renowned love affair between French novelist George Sand and writer Alfred De Musset began.

Luxury Lagoon View Double

Offering magnificent views of the lagoon and its islands, the enchanting Riva degli Schiavoni and the busy Grand Canal, the Luxury Lagoon View Rooms are located in the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior. These rooms capture the essence of a Gothic aesthetic withgorgeous deep red draperies framing the picture windows, and high ceilings with a wide gilt moulding. Floor to ceiling curved wardrobe doors covered in pale artichoke and forest green damask shimmer in the light of hand blown Murano glass chandeliers.

Luxury Lagoon View Double with Balcony

Located in the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior, these rooms offerstunning views from a wrought iron balcony with wood-trimmed french doors. Celebrated designer Jacques Garcia has renewed the Luxury Lagoon View Double rooms to illustrate the drama and richness of the Gothic era. A blend of contemporary sensibility and Gothic style, these rooms offer a dramatic counterpoint to the watery still life of the lagoon beyond. Sit back and relax in the deep red upholstered armchairs, perfectly angled to take full advantage of the room’s mesmerizing views.

Executive Suite

All of the Executive Suites in the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior pay tribute to the Gothic grandeur of the Palazzo Dandolo’s main hall. Envisioned by French designer Jacques Garcia, each room has been restyled with exquisite detailing, dramatic archways, and precious fabrics in deep Doge red and pale greens—a perfect backdrop to the uninterrupted views of the famed Doge’s Palace on the Piazzetta San Marco.

Junior Suite Lagoon View

An intimate hideaway befitting one of the most romantic cities in Europe, the one-bedroom Lagoon View Junior Suites offer many seductive comforts alongside idyllic views of the Venetian lagoon. From the generous bedroom with its ensuite sitting area perfect for two to the large living area, graced by charming Baroque furnishings in soft pastel lacquer—these suites give plenty of reason to stay indoors.

Lagoon View Suite

Located in both the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior and the Palazzo Casa Nuova, the sumptuous one-bedroom Suites afford sweeping views over the lagoon waters, the Grand Canal and the Riva degli Schiavoni. Doge Dandolo Royal Suite

Occupying a coveted corner position on the Piano Nobile of Palazzo Dandolo, the Doge Dandolo Royal Suite is the undeniable jewel in Hotel Danieli’s crown. The Signature Diva Suite

Elegant yet informal, mysterious and seductive with an aura of donna fatale, the Signature Diva Suite is inspired after the remarkable beauty of cinema’s legendary diva from the 1930’s who had an engaging and modern spirit.

The Signature Soprano Suite

French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, conceived the restyling of the Dandolo Palace Suites. Taking inspiration from a divine diva, a famous soprano, and a celebrated Princess, the Signature Suites are a vestige of culture and history. The Royal Suite captures the essence of Venice during the reign of Doge Enrico Dandolo.

The quintessential Venetian experience is not complete without a night at Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. This fine restaurant offers diners a culinary journey which retraces the oriental influences of spice traders and blends them with indigenous ingredients and mesmerizing views of the Grand Canal and the Adriatic Sea.

Restaurant Terrazza Danieli

Offering an enviable view of the Serenissima this restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior. Guests can enjoy the inspired menu that celebrates Venice’s historic role as a crossroads between East and West.

The EGG Nicola Batavia at Hotel Danieli

Located on the top floor of Hotel Danieli, this restaurant is an Italian Bistrot concept. Guests can enjoy fine Venetian cicchetti inspired by the simplicity of an egg paired with exclusive sommelier wines.

Bar Dandolo

Charming both locals and visitors, Bar Dandolo is Venice’s most sophisticated spot to enjoy a delicious morning espresso or evening cocktail, it is located in one corner of the Gothic hall of Palazzo Dandolo.

Bar Terrazza Danieli

Open from May to September, the delightful Bar Terrazza Danieli offers guests unmatched views of the Venice lagoon. Located on the rooftop of the Palazzo Danieli Excelsior, guests can enjoy signature drinks and light snacks.
