Accommodation
Loft Suite
Found upstairs in the original farmhouse itself, with a beautiful communal area below, the Loft Suite features a Queen size bed, sofa, dining area & a grand ensuite bathroom. Both of the Loft Suite, at the Empire Sa & Retreat, offer impeccable views of the tranquil landscaped gardens.
Courtyard Suite
The Courtyard suite features a private entrance courtyard entrance & inhabits a secluded room. Located in the lower level of the farmhouse, this suite houses a king-size bed with elegant bedside table, and a deluxe bathroom. The comfortable yet luxury of the courtyard suite also offers views of the private garden.
Deluxe Balcony Suite
The Deluxe Villas offer guests a private balcony with an outdoor shower that overlooks the native surrounding bushland & is connected to the main farm house via a timber boardwalk.
Each suite is appointed with a king size bed, large deluxe bath, dining setting and lounge chairs.
Studio Suite (Double Bedroom)
The Studio Suite is a spacious split level two bedroom villa, that is perfect for families or guests that crave that little bit of extra room. Here you will find two king beds or alternatively four single king beds, a spacious bathroom, kitchenette and a private balcony which overlooks the olive grove.
Luxury Villa
The luxury villa has been designed to offer complete sanctuary and privacy & is only accessible from the farmhouse via timber boardwalks. Once inside, the open plan villa presents every imaginable comfort including an open fireplace, sunken lounge area, corner lounge setting, dining suite and kitchenette.
The lounge features a bi-fold door opening to a timber decked balcony with day bed and panoramic views. A large deluxe spa bath overlooks a private garden courtyard featuring an outdoor shower.

The natural stone, subdue lighting & timber finishing create the perfect ambience in this luxury escape. While the finest linens and soft furnishings wait to envelop you, in complete comfort, style & opulence. In addition to your suite, the 35-year-old stone and timber farmhouse serve as a wonderful entertainment area housing an open fireplace and magnificent lounges.
The spacious, atrium-style dining room provides spectacular views of our vineyard from inside or on the timber deck where you can observe native flora and birdlife.
Empire Spa
As if the accommodation couldn’t allow for any more relaxation, the Spa extends the philosophy of relaxation & rejuvenation. Delivering the ultimate in a restorative experience for guests, the Spa consists of bathing suites with large stone baths, a steam room, and rainforest shower suites. This sanctuary exploits the bushland setting to its fullest.

Founded in 1997, the Winery Estate is found amongst tranquil pastures and untouched bushland with 12 acres of vine. Located in the most fertile part of the property, the sandy loam soil has a strong limestone sub-base producing top quality wines.
Extending the EMPIRE philosophy to their wines, the EMPIRE Estate Vineyard keeps the focus on style and consumption. With an overall aim to maintain high-quality fruit production, excellence is the main emphasis rather than total yield.
Full-flavoured, award-winning wines are the result, highly drinkable and immensely enjoyable.
