Seasonality

Bali is located in the tropics and enjoys a balmy year-round climate. Temperatures average a very pleasant 80°F (27°C) in the Ubud area and a little lower at around 71°F (22°C) in the central volcanic region around Kintamani.

Design

The open, clean and simple heart of this Ubud luxury resort comprises the lobby, 25m pool and bar. Interiors, which were designed by Japanese interior designer Koichiro Ikebuchi, feel like those of a rural hillside home. In each of their 46 light-filled rooms and suites, a private tropical garden separates the bathroom from the principal living space.

The 30-day tourist visa is not extendable.

For citizens who are not eligible for a visa on arrival, please contact the Indonesian Embassy in your home country for forms and advice. Some countries, like Singapore, are eligible for a free visa to Bali. In such cases, visas will still need to be ‘applied’ upon arrival, but no payment is required. These visas are valid for 30 days and are non extendable.
