Designed for the discerning, Commonage Villas offer the ultimate in luxury Queenstown holiday accommodation.
Taking pride of place atop Queenstown Hill and overlooking Queenstown Bay, the Commonage is perfectly positioned to not only provide breathtaking elevated views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, but is still just a stone’s throw from all the action in downtown Queenstown. A North Westerly aspect also means plenty of year round sun and spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed from the balcony with a glass of local Pinot Noir.
True to its alpine location, hand-crafted cedar exteriors give way to exquisite interiors, luxuriously appointed to the finest detail. Each villa boasts spacious open plan living areas, 3 over size bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully appointed kitchens, stone surround gas fires and under floor heating throughout as well as separate laundry and internally accessed garage. All bedrooms have their own beautifully appointed en-suite with separate shower and bath. Master bathrooms all feature a spa bath.
Designed and furnished to deliver the pinnacle of home-away-from-home holiday living, three styles of villas are available for booking, ranging in size from 258m2 to 361m2.
Highland Residences
Spread over 4 levels, the Highland Residences are the largest of the Commonage selection and have been designed with the family in mind. Wonderfully spacious, each Residence features an expansive open plan living and dining area with balcony, fully appointed kitchen and 3 over-size bedrooms, all with king beds and their own beautifully appointed ensuite featuring his and hers vanities, separate shower and bath. The master bedroom, situated on the top floor, has a spa bath and the two mid-floor bedrooms can be split to provide 2 single beds each. Elevator access is provided from the oversized internal garage on the bottom level. Private guest parking is also provided at top entrance.

Situated on the front row of the Commonage Promenade, the Grand Promenade Villas are spread over 3 levels featuring an enclosed mezzanine Master Bedroom on the top level, spacious open plan living and dining and a private courtyard on the lower level. All bedrooms feature king beds (1 split) and have their own beautifully appointed ensuites with his and hers vanities, separate shower and bath and a spa bath in the upstairs master bedroom. Master bedroom also features a study. Ideal for families or couples travelling together, these spacious penthouse style villas feature all the luxuries and comfort of home but with views you wont find anywhere else in the world.
