About Bvlgari Hotel Milano
The Bulgari name has long been associated with the ideals of exquisite design, fine craftsmanship and an exclusive sense of style. Now these same qualities are newly translated in the Bulgari Hotel, set in the beautiful Brera district of Milan. The Hotel has great presence, articulated by its soft tones and geometric forms in wood, marble and granite. Originality and warmth embrace the rooms and suites, the simple ease of the lounge, the convivial and spacious restaurant and bar. And nature is part of it – in the garden, in the spa, in the cuisine. With all its carefully conceived facilities and services, the Bulgari Hotel, Milan is giving new expression to the Italian flair for innovation and tradition. Located on a private street between Via Montenapoleone, Via della Spiga, La Scala and the Accademia di Brera, in a tastefully renovated 18th-century Milanese palazzo is the Bulgari Hotel Milan, situated in the cultural and commercial heart of a city that, behind its austere façades, hides delightful and unexpected courtyards and green spaces. One such space is the Bulgari Hotel’s 4,000-square-meter private garden, a natural extension of the nearby Botanical Garden, a restorative oasis of serenity and relaxation in the midst of Milan’s busy pace.
Refined and prestigious, the Bvlgari Hotel in Milan links contemporary design with comfort. A tribute from the Italian Jeweller to the world of luxury, situated in Milan’s most stylish area- via Montenapoleone, via della Spiga, the Scala theatre and the Academy of Brera. It is an unexpected oasis of exclusive tranquillity immersed in the frenzy of the city centre.
A 4,000 sqm private garden, next to the Botanical Gardens, incorporates the hotel in a haven of green. The building is made up of three sections. The oldest of the three facades dates back to the 1700s and is partly visible.
Designed by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, in line with Bvlgari’s bold and contemporary style, the hotel features rare and precious materials which create new combinations of surfaces and surprising chromatic harmonious: black Zimbabwe marble in the public spaces, Vicenza stone and Turkish Aphyon in the Spa, solid teak, durmast and oak in the intimate rooms and suites. All Spaces feature contemporary Italian furniture and details designed by Citterio. The unique facilities and services help turn even the busiest of business trips into an experience of absolute comfort.
Spa
In line with contemporary well-being rituals, the Bvlgari Hotel Spa offers a sumptuous and elegant setting. The daylight that seeps through the glass window facade beautifully illuminates the gold mosaic swimming pool. The hammam with its green glass is like a mysterious emerald set in a jewel of incomparable beauty.
Restaurant
Aromas and colours of the Italian cuisine find fresh ground in the sophisticated restaurant and bar area. In both the restaurant and the lounge, a spectacular glass facade allows the opulence of the interiors to unexpectedly blend into the luminosity of the garden. During the warm season the terrace on the garden becomes an ideal backdrop for delectable’s and drinks.
