There are 112 rooms, always with the Guaranteed Best Rate, of which there are 6 Junior Suites, 1 Executive Suite, 1 Grand Suite Duplex on two floors, and 1 Presidential Suite. The modular system of some rooms allows them to be enlarged to 130 sq.m. The refined finishes, such as marble, light coloured parquet wood floors and walls in subtle tones of ivory and cream create a background for the elegant white furnishings. Executive Suites

It distinguishes itself by the elegance of its furnishings and for its brightness, thanks to the large glass door-windows that face the Boulevard. The Executive Suite includes a day zone with spacious living room, a large closet and a relaxing night zone. The finishings are of fine quality, and the bathroom is fitted with marble, a large shower and round bathtub. Grand Suite Duplex

The Grand Suite Duplex is an exclusive space of more than 100 sq.m., on two floors. The bright living room area on the lower floor features a large closet and bathroom with shower. The night zone, on the floor above, features a king sized bed and large round bath tub. The light colours are dominant, and the contemporary design marry with the valuable decorations, floors in wood, marble and transparent glass in the bed area. The Suite, located on the 5th floor, offers a Nespresso machine, tea boiler, iPod reader and cordless phone.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite is located on the 5th floor in the corner position. Here, contemporary design mixes with a more traditional luxury: beautiful, light coloured decorations and wood floors; warm tones for marble and carpet. Equipped with every comfort, the day zone offers a spacious living room with work table and leather couch, an ample closed and powder room. The night zone features a bathroom with large round bath and shower.

A sophisticated and elegant atmosphere, designed by architect Massimo Losa Ghini. The Terrace of Bar Genesi offers the pleasure of outdoor entertainment, immersed in the green of the Boulevard Victor Hugo.

Wellness and Spa

A 500 sq.m. oasis of wellbeing dedicated to psychophysical regeneration and to relax, in the heart of the French Riviera: the SPA of the Boscolo Nice seems like being in another world. Undulating and fluid forms dominate the structure, designed by architect Simone Micheli, who oversaw the areas: reception, herbal drink space, fitness area, treatment rooms, humid area with sauna, Turkish bath, aromatic showers and Vichy. The pool, with hydromassage tub, is dominated by a large, stylized tree whose branch shoots a massaging jet of water. A long bench is equipped with lateral hydromassage. The SPA of the Boscolo Nice is a temple to relaxing, in a curated and highly suggestive atmosphere.
