Professional concierges & Private Butler:

You will be greeted by your personal concierge who will introduce you to your full time private housekeeper/butler who will be available exclusively for you from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM seven days a week. She is not only there to keep the house clean but also to assist you in shopping and cooking. Simply ask her to go to the store and pick up some items for you. Perhaps she will be able to teach you some Balinese dishes to add to your own cook-book.

Free Packing and Laundry: Your private housekeeper will then assist you in unpacking and hanging your clothes in the ample closets. She will also ask if you would like any clothes to be laundered or pressed for the evening — at no charge.

Your large on-suite bathroom features a full size bathtub and teak and marble vanities plus a huge indoor shower and modern toilet. You’ll also enjoy the special experience of the outdoor Balinese shower in a garden environment in each large bathroom and next to the pool.

Free Tour: at your convenience, the concierge will take you on a free one-hour automobile tour of the distinctively Balinese village of Sanur. Sanur was the first beach resort on Bali decades ago and has developed into a unique community of boutique hotels, restaurants, stores and shops. Top hotel chains such as the Hyatt hotel choose Sanur for its sparking long white beach and stunning scenery.

Your free tour will begin with a 2 minute drive to Sanur beach, which is a short four-to-six minute walk from your villa and explain thate six-kilometre-long white sand beach is protected by an outer reef which ensures safe swimming.

Snorkel, scuba dive, windsurf, jet ski, kayak, kite surf, or sail within minutes of your villa. She will also explain that this area is also the centre of boating activity for all Bali. Every water activity known to man is available within minutes walk from your villa. You can snorkel, scuba dive, windsurf, jet ski, kayak, kite surf, or sail for a small fee. She can also arrange to book the best water sports available, through high-standard but inexpensive companies.

If you are more adventurous there are daily diving, fishing and sailing tours to the channel islands of Lembongan and Nusa Peneda, a mere 10 km away.

Shopping & Entertainment: She will point out specialty shops, boutiques, salons, restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets, plus Bali’s newest large supermarket, which are minutes from your front door. Several four and five-star hotels are nearby which offer golf, bowling, tennis, spas, and fitness center.

Six Kilometre Beach: After the tour you may want to enjoy a late afternoon romantic stroll on the pristine sidewalk along the beach and explore hundreds of restaurants bars and hotels such as the Bali Hyatt, and Grand Bali Beach Hotel.

Private Emperor villa Spa Services: Each Emperor villa is like a private spa where you can pamper yourself with in-villa services such as one hour massage for only $11.00 or a 1.5 hour Raja (King) Spa Session. In 1.5 to 2 hours, two professional beauticians will provide hairstyling, pedicure, manicure, facial and one hour massage for only $30.00 which is a fraction of spa services. Best of all you do not have dress and walk or drive to the spa.

First Class Restaurant & Bar: Sanur has many fine restaurants, but none finer than our own Bali Bistro – Restaurant which provides inexpensive European and Eastern delights. Recently the General Manager of the Bali Ritz Carlton Hotel rated the Bali Bistro as the “Best food in Sanur”– and he should know.

We can arrange to have a chef, waitress, kitchen staff and even entertainment if you wish to celebrate an important occasion or simply to treat yourself.

Bali Bistro can also provide exclusive first-class private theme parties in your villa including weddings, gourmet dinners, barbecues, or theme parties. All can be arranged for fraction of what it would cost you at most hotels and restaurants in the world. You should be aware, however, that your own villa's kitchen is more than well equipped to cater for you, your family and your friends. It has teak cabinets and substantial storage space, marble-topped work areas and a large four burner stove, complete with oven and modern refrigerator.

Purchasing your own groceries will not only provide convenience but also save money on restaurants. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, blender, rice cooker, quality dishes and cutlery to serve up to eight guests. Behind the kitchen are the working quarters for your private house-keeper and a laundry facility room where she can do your laundry thereby avoiding exorbitant hotel laundry charges.
