On the site of a magnificent natural phenomenon, where nature’s needs prevail over those of humanity, Amangani has laid its indigenous foundations with environmental integrity rooting itself in the soul of the dramatically unprocessed American Wild West. The resort has a prodigious aspect, in 21st Century comfort, across the raw valley of Jackson Hole where many a wild animal leaves a labyrinthine trail as it wanders up into the spectacular surrounding snow-capped Tetons, the Rockies’ youngest and most riveting range.

Suites & Homes

Amangani’s elegant suites are an expression of the surrounding countryside that inspired them: modern comforts, woven cowhide chairs and faux wolf throws are eased into a spacious environment using clean and simple lines creating an atmosphere that reflects the wonders and majestically aged-soul of its ‘wild west’ host.

Amangani offers 29 Suites, five Deluxe Suites, two Amangani Suites, the Spring Gulch Suite, the Sena Suite, the Shoshone Suite and the Grand Teton Suite.

Suites
All Suites are carpeted, air-conditioned and include a bedroom/living room and a spacious bathroom/dressing room. The living area consists of a king-size bed, metal fireplace, a window-side daybed for lounging, a black resin-and-terrazzo dining table, woven cowhide chairs in faux wolf fabric and a pine-stump table. The suites also offer a minibar, a CD player, a TV, DVD player and a two-line phone with data plug-in and high-speed Internet access. Wireless Internet connection is also available. Living area walls are decorated with back-lit cedar or fir planks. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck with a wrought iron table and chairs. All enjoy mountain and valley views. A deep soaking tub with a window view highlights the large bathroom/dressing area and the twin vanities and shower room are trimmed in slate. Double dressing areas include a full-length mirror, as well as drawers, shelves and open closet space for two. The floor is of clear-heart redwood.

Amangani Homes
Amangani also has homes for rent. The Homes at Amangani offer some of the most spectacular views in Jackson Hole. Each home is a reflection of its owners’ individual tastes and preferences set within the architectural framework of Amangani: shake roofs that follow the pitch of the hillside slopes and the use of wood siding, rock bases and a variety of natural materials to create a mountain home in harmony with its surroundings. Typically consisting of four bedrooms, living and dining areas, interior rooms are large, open and roomy, featuring clean simple lines, high vaulted ceilings and neutral earth tones throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up the interior spaces creating a magical connection with the great outdoors.
