Calling Exceptional Travel Consultants Looking For A New Challenge!
We are seeking a driven, highly efficient travel professional with an exceptional attention to detail and a passion for excellence. This is your chance to step up to this challenging new role as Executive Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will support the Managing Director of Firstclass.com.au, while also collaborating with the operations team and senior management at Australia’s First Class Travel Specialist.
Full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days), working from initially our office in Parramatta and CBD from May 2025. You’ll have the opportunity to switch to a hybrid after a qualifying period.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and operations team
- Assisting our sales team in servicing first and business class customers
- Assisting our marketing team in attracting new clients and promoting the right products to our clients
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in project management from planning to completion
- Anticipating the Director’s needs and adapting to changing priorities, ensuring smooth operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years travel consulting experience, especially in airfare consulting
- Efficiency in GDS, especially Amadeus
- Impeccable organisational and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Excellent listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- High-quality work standard, ‘Excellence’ being your benchmark
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to cope under pressure with a mature, calm, constructive problem-solving style
- Exceptional standards of integrity and confidentiality
- The flair of building excellent rapport with VIP clients, operational team, suppliers and all walks of life
- Tech-savvy, with a strong ability to use office tools and software efficiently
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier service
Desirables:
- Proficiency in Amadeus, VTO
- Experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience in web admin, word press
- Well travelled
