When hiring a private jet, current border restrictions will still apply. Airports:
Sydney flights will depart from Bankstown Airport (an additional supplement of $1,750 can be paid to depart/arrive into Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport)
Melbourne flights will depart from either Essendon Airport (an additional supplement of $3,500 can be paid to depart/arrive into Melbourne Tullamarine Airport)
Brisbane flights will depart from Archer Field Airport (an additional supplement of $800 can be paid to depart/arrive into Brisbane Airport)
Perth flights will depart/arrive into Perth Airport (the main airport in Perth)

Cancellation:
- Where the Charterer cancels a Flight from acceptance of this agreement to 7 days prior to its departure, the Charterer forfeits 20% of the Fee.
- Where the Charterer cancels a flight less than 7 days prior to its departure, the Charterer forfeits 50% of the Fee.
- Where the Charterer cancels a Flight less than 48 hours prior to its Departure, the Charterer forfeits 100% of the Fee.
- If, as a result of any official direction (whether having the force of law or compliance with it is in accordance with the practice of responsible persons), any present or future taxes, levies, imposts, duties, fees or deductions or change in law or its administration or interpretation, the cost to NAVAIR of its obligations in connection with this agreement is increased directly or indirectly or it must make a payment or forgo any income or other return, then the Charterer must pay on demand the additional amounts NAVAIR reasonably determines are necessary to compensate it for the increased cost, reduced payment or return.
