New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival

With 12 stages of soul-stirring music celebrating the musical heritage of the great city of New Orleans the annual New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is a truly fantastic experience. This years lineup included big names like Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, The Foo Fighters, Ne-Yo, Bon Iver, Cee Lo Green, Florence + the Machine, and many others who bring their music to this great festival.

Oruro Carnival

Bolivia’s largest annual celebration, which centres around La Diablada ­ the ‘Dance of the Devils’ ­ a 4km-long, 20-hour procession, featuring 20,000 costumed dancers and 10,000 costumed musicians, led by a dancer dressed as San Miguel. And ends with a mass water bomb fight, in which visitors are likely to be the main target.
