Day 1

Transfer from central Paris to join Amaryllis at St-Léger-sur-Dheune.
On arrival you will be welcomed on board with a Champagne reception.
Enjoy dinner on board accompanied by the finest selection of Grand Crus. 

Day 2

A wine class on Burgundy and its terroir takes place on the sun deck. 
After lunch, visit the 14th-century Chateau de Germolles, the former home of the Dukes of Burgundy.

Day 3

Arrive in Beaune for a visit to the famous Hotel-Dieu, Hospices de Beaune. 
Explore the cellars at Maison Joseph Drouhin, which once housed the King of France’s wine collection.
In the evening your host will join you for dinner to present the second selection of Grand Crus. 

Day 4

Spend the morning relaxing on board. 
In the afternoon you will visit the family-owned vineyards of Domaine Ponsot for tastings and a walk in the vineyards.
The Grand Crus to accompany dinner will be selected by the winemaker. 

Day 5

In the morning, cruise on the Canal du Bourgogne towards Longecourt.
In the afternoon, explore the remarkable Clos De Vougeot, the head quarters of the famous Chevaliers du Tastevin.
Dinner will be served in the family cellar of the Drouhin-Laroze estate in Gevrey-Chambertin, complemented by their selection of Grand Crus. 

Day 6

Enjoy a walking tour of Dijon before lunch on board. 
Spend the afternoon cruising through the beautiful countryside.
A farewell dinner with the final evening’s tasting, including La Romanee-Conti.

Day 7

After breakfast, disembark for the return to Paris.
