Soak up Sorrento’s fabulous views, little shops, and restaurants on the plaza. Be sure to pick up some Limoncello, lemon candy, or lemon pastries while you’re there. Then it’s on to Livorno, where you can take in the artistic masterpieces of Florence, walk the ancient walls of Lucca, and go wine tasting in Chianti—or perhaps your cultural interests lean towards Pisa? So many places to explore and things to do, we’re staying overnight in Livorno and departing late the next day.
Then it’s another overnight and late-night stay in Cannes, where you’ll want to keep your eyes open for the stars attending the famous festival. Enjoy a leisurely morning aboard your boutique hotel at sea before arriving in Calvi, a harbor with a long walkable promenade filled with inviting shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect place to rest up after Cannes.
Monte-Carlo Grand Prix here we come. The race is a thrill a minute as it covers many laps around the city, with excitement at every turn. And with an overnight and late-night stay in Monte Carlo, you’ll have plenty of time to see its many other spectacular sights, too.
