Nino is a slow food Chef from the Province of Bari. From a very young age he was taught to cook in the traditional Pugliese method by his mother. Nino has been cooking for 18 years using basic and fresh ingredients. He has recently started his own business where he prepares and serves meals for his clients in the CBD and Docklands area of Melbourne. Having returned to his home land several times he continues to enhance his cooking abilities to produce slow food. 5 cooking classes and cellar door visits are the main focus of this tour, whilst being immersed in breathtaking settings. You will visit unique, historical towns, shop
at local markets, purchase fresh produce and then prepare typical Pugliese signature dishes under the guidance of Chef Nino. Visit cellar doors and sample some of Puglia’s award winning wines.
