Itinerary
Your Journey starts Hanoi, ends Saigon
Days 1–3 – Hanoi & Halong Bay Arrive in Hanoi where you will discover the Old Quarter by cyclo and historic Ba Dinh Square. Take a day trip out to magical Halong Bay, and cruise the peaceful waters in awe of this beautiful landscape. You are sure to enjoy a hands-on cooking demonstration as well.
Hotel: Galaxy
Days 4–5 – Hue Fly to Vietnam’s imperial capital, Hue. Visit the Citadel, seat of power during the Nguyen Dynasty, as well as the tombs of former emperors. A dragon boat will deliver you down the Perfume River from one of the most sacred temples in all of Vietnam; enjoy a cool drink at sunset as other boats pass by. The regional cuisine in Hue is unique; be sure to try some of the excellent vegetarian dishes.

Days 6–7 – Hoi An Hoi An’s architecture, delicacies and friendly local people make her a true Vietnam highlight. Take in the Thu Bon River by boat at sunset. In your free time visit the beautiful beach just a few kilometres outside of the Ancient Town, or have some clothing tailored by the experts at one of the countless shops. A cooking class with a local chef will give you insight into the delicious dishes you will enjoy.

Days 8–11 – Saigon & Mekong Delta Fly to Saigon and experience the markets, Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta and enjoy an interactive cooking class. A walking tour of District One will help you get your bearings in this fascinating destination, officially known as Ho Chi Minh City. Some of the tastiest restaurants in Asia are tucked away down her backstreets. Depart on day 11.
