Day 1 (Madrid – Merida – Lisboa)
Departure from the Trapsa bus terminal at 08.00hrs to Merida, centre of the Roman province of Lusitania. Lunch. After crossing the Portuguese border continuation to the captial of Portugal, Lisboa. Accommodation Hotel Roma 3* or Hotel Metropolitan 4*.
Day 2 (Lisboa)
Breakfast. Morning city sightseeing tour of Lisboa, the capital of Portugal since 1255, was captured from the Moors by the nation’s first king in 1147. The city lies on the right bank of the wide Tagus (Tejo) river as it enters the Atlantic sea. The tour includes visits to the old Alfama Quarter, the Tower of Belem and the Monastery of Los Jeronimos. Afternoon at leisure. Optional excursion to Sintra, Estoril or Cascais. Accommodation Hotel Roma 3* or Hotel Metropolitan 4*.
Day 3 (Lisboa – Fatima – Lisboa)
Breakfast. In the morning departure to Fatima, the important center of pilgrimage with its world famous sanctuary. Free time to visit the Shrine. Return to Lisboa. Accommodation Hotel Roma 3* or Hotel Metropolitan 4*.
Day 4 (Lisboa – Merida – Cordoba)
Breakfast. Departure for Merida. Lunch and visit of the famous Roman Theatre. Continue on to the delightful southern city of Cordoba. An ancient Roman city, Cordoba was an important provincial Capital, but gained its real reputation in culture, being the most important caliphate in the occident, with a University, fabulous libraries and sumptuous houses. It was captured in 1236 by the Christians. Dinner and accommodation Hotel Tryp Los Gallos 3* or Hotel Occidental Córdoba 4*.
Day 5 (Cordoba – Sevilla)
Breakfast and tour of Cordoba. Cordoba lies on a sharp bend in the Rio Guadalquivir which is spanned by a Roman bridge linking the 14th century Torre de la Calahorra and the old town. Departure for Seville. Seville, capital of 'Andalucia', the most southern region of the Spanish peninsula. There is a true energy exuded by this city that affects all who visit her, with her charming, tiny cobbled streets and her beautiful, colourfully tiled patios of the private homes in the old Barrio de Santa Cruz quarter, which can be seen through the intricate wrought iron lacework of the entrance portals. Lunch. Free afternoon. Accommodation Hotel Derby/America 3* or Hotel Melia Lebreros 4*.
Day 6 (Sevilla)
Half Board. Morning visit of this charming southern capital. This morning enjoy a visit of this stunning city including the Cathedral which actually occupies the site of a great Mosque built by the Almohads in the late 12th century. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation at Hotel Derby/America 3* or Hotel Melia Lebreros 4*.
Day 7 (Sevilla – Ronda – Costa del Sol
Breakfast. Departure today along the 'Route of the White-Washed Villages' to Ronda. Free time to explore this beautiful town. Its main feature is the immense Tajo or Chasm – a geological cleft in the rock that plunges about 100m deep and separates the old part of the city from the new. Then travel to Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol for afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight Hotel San Fermin 3* or Hotel Alay 4*.
Day 8 (Costa del Sol)
Half board. Full day at leisure. Accommodation Hotel San Fermin 3* or Hotel Alay 4*.
Day 9 (Costa del Sol)

Day 10 (Costa del Sol – Algeciras – Tangier – Rabat)
Breakfast and departure for Algeciras to board the ferry crossing the Strait of Gibraltar towards Tangier. Panoramic sightseeing tour of the city before continuing on to Rabat, capital of the Kingdom of Morocco. Dinner and accommodation Hotel Ibis Moussafir 3* or Hotel Helnan Chellah 4*.
Day 11 (Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakesh)
Breakfast. City tour of Rabat including a visit of the exterior of the Royal Palace. Then it is on to the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the historic Tour Hassan. Continue your journey to Casablanca. Panoramic Tour of this legendary and cosmopolitan city, the financial capital of Morocco. Arrival in Marrakesh. Dinner and accommodation Hotel Ibis Moussafir 3* or Hotel Atlas Marrakesh 4*.
Day 12 (Marrakesh – Meknes – Fes)
Breakfast. Morning sightseeing tour of this Imperial city, capital of the South. Tour includes the impressive Kotoubia Mosque, the Summer Royal Palace, the Saadian Tombs and the busy Djemaa el Fna Square. After the visit departure to Meknes. Panoramic tour of Meknes, a 17th century Imperial city surrounded by medieval walls. Continuation to Fes. Dinner and accommodation Hotel Ibis Moussafir 3* or Hotel Sofia/ Zalagh 4*.
Day 13 (Fes)
Half board. Morning city tour of Fes, the religious, intellectual and artistic centre of Morocco. Fes is the oldest of the Imperial cities and has one of the largest Medinas in the world. Afternoon at leisure. Accommodation Hotel Ibis Moussafir 3* or Hotel Zalagh/Sofia 4*.
Day 14 (Fes – Ceuta – Costa del Sol)
Breakfast. Departure towards Ceuta for time at leisure until time to board ferry back to Algeciras. Continue journey along the Costa del Sol. Dinner and accommodation Hotel San Fermin 3* or Hotel Alay 4*.
Day 15 (Costa del Sol – Granada)
Breakfast. Departure to Granada which was once the grandest of all Moorish cities. City tour including a visit to one of the most impressive attractions in Europe, the magnificent Moorish palace, the Alhambra and the Gardens of the Generalife (the Summer Palace). Dinner and accommodation at Hotel Los Angeles 3* or Hotel Corona 4*.
Day 16 (Granada – Toledo – Madrid)
Breakfast and departure towards the Imperial City of Toledo. Lunch and panoramic tour through its narrow streets. Continue on to Madrid. End of tour.
