Big news for those travelling on Singapore Airlines—business customers and PPS Club members have access to complimentary, unlimited in-flight Wi-Fi. Until now, complimentary Wi-Fi was limited to Airline Suites and First Class customers. However, Singapore Airlines decided to up the ante and elevated the in-flight customer experience to include Business Class.
If all that wasn’t enough, Singapore Airlines pushed the proverbial envelope further by introducing free three-hour and two-hour Wi-Fi surf plans for all KrisFlyer members in Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.
For those who are not KrisFlyers members and members who have consumed their complimentary plans, all-new attractive price-based Wi-Fi plans have been introduced. Customers can now choose from a range of plans starting at USD$3.99 for one-hour and USD$8.99 for three hours, and USD$15.99 for the entire flight.
These timely and sort-after additions to Singapore Airlines were added after significant customer feedback. Customers’ need to stay in touch with loved ones, receive and post messages and get the latest news has become an essential aspect of the travel experience.
