The St. Regis

This 1904 landmark building offers 171 beautifully designed guestrooms and 67 expansive suites. In 2013, renowned design firm HDC oversaw the renovation and redesign of all hotel interiors, from guestrooms to suites to public spaces. Creating an aesthetic based on a “timeless is modern" philosophy, HDC embraced the design legacy of the hotel while infusing contemporary style, cultivating a thoroughly residential sensibility throughout. This fresh and sophisticated approach has married original design elements, such as the crystal Waterford chandeliers and elegant crown moldings, with beautiful, large-format photographic artwork, vibrant-hued fabrics and stunning bevelled mirrors. Guestrooms have been updated to include marble tiled entryways, rich colour schemes with bold accent colours, sumptuous fabrics and luxe leather details, custom furnishings and state-of-the-art technologies. An extensive art program with an emphasis on New York City photography has been integrated into every guestroom and suite. Additionally, every bathroom throughout the hotel has been renovated, refurbished, and updated to create a spa-like atmosphere paired with the latest technology.

Rooms

Superior Guest Room

Bold blue hues and striped silk wall coverings define the sophisticated tone of recently renovated Superior Rooms. Custom furnishings, including an inviting king-sized bed and large writing desk, reflect an intuitive attention to detail. State of the art technologies including High-Speed Internet Access, Bose sound systems, and high definition flat screen televisions have added a contemporary touch to these rooms. With Italian marble bathrooms, the uncompromised living continues with double sinks, luxurious amenities, rain showers, and plush robes.

Deluxe Guest Room

Contemporary refinement characterises the new Deluxe Rooms, which combine bespoke details like silk wall coverings with bold shades of blue. Custom furnishings populate the sitting area and sleeping area, where either one king- or two double-sized beds await. Premier technology reveals the room’s contemporary updates, while the Italian marble bathroom speaks to its timeless elegance. Housing a separate shower and bath in most rooms, luxurious bath amenities, and plush bathrobes, guests are able to relax after an invigorating day in the city.

Grand Luxe Guest Room

Offering additional space in combination with signature St. Regis elegance, Grand Luxe Rooms welcome guests to a world of refinement, as bold blue tones define the sophisticated rooms. The space includes custom furnishings, a king-sized bed and a large writing desk.  Meanwhile, a Bose sound system and a high definition flat screen television offer all-hours entertainment. The inviting Italian marble bathroom, with separate rain shower and bath in most rooms, luxurious bath amenities, and plush robes, provides a rejuvenating sanctuary after an active day in the city.

Suites

Astor Suite

 Simultaneously inviting and magnificent, the Astor Suites offer the refined sophistication of The St. Regis New York, along with additional space. Each is washed in a vibrant aubergine colour scheme and feature St. Regis hallmarks throughout striped silk wall coverings, elegant crown moldings, Waterford crystal chandeliers, and legacy pieces including Louis XVI desks and side tables. Italian marble bathrooms are filled with luxurious bath amenities and plush robes.

The St. Regis Suite

The St. Regis Suite offers the ability to convert the suite to one or two bedrooms. Interior views ensure tranquillity while the marble foyer separating the living room and bedroom guarantees privacy.  The suite features distinctive red décor, top technology, a large closet and two full Italian marble bathrooms.

Dior Suite

Taking inspiration from the Dior ateliers in Paris, the sumptuous Dior Suite features the fashion house’s traditional palette of soothing, muted hues, including subtle greys, purples, and whites, accented by glamorous statement pieces. A ten-person dining area provides an alluring space for memorable in-room meals.

Tiffany Suite

In the Tiffany Suite, whimsical and opulent details reflect Tiffany’s modern aesthetic and contemporary vision. Designed in conjunction with Tiffany & Co. Design Director Emeritus John Loring, the suite boasts a serene and sophisticated palette of whites, beiges, charcoal, and silver, with signature Tiffany blue serving as an accent throughout. The Tiffany Suite includes a ten-person dining area for elegant in-room meals.

 Bentley Suite

A collaboration between St. Regis and Bentley Motors, the 15th-floor Bentley Suite exudes the luxury, craftsmanship, and style associated with both renowned international brands. This suite features an entryway foyer, one bedroom, one and one-half bathrooms, an expansive dining room, and a living room complete with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Imperial Suite

The dramatic Imperial Suite features European Chinoiserie and East Asian furnishings set against alluring red tones with crystal accents. Mixed stylistic influences and a reinvented open floor plan lend a residential flow to the space, while plush window seats offer both stunning views of Manhattan to Central Park, and serve as cosy havens for retreat. An eight- to ten-person formal dining room and full kitchen ensure a memorable private meal.  Italian marble bathrooms feature double sinks, a deep-soaking jetted tub, a bidet, and heated floors. Custom oval windows offer spectacular views of Central Park, Fifth Avenue, and 55th Street.

Royal Suite

Positioned on Fifth Avenue and 55th Street, the Royal Suite embodies the perfect mix of European style and American spirit, featuring a rich colour palette, gilded moldings, exotic prints and an eclectic art collection.  The suite also features a formal dining room with full kitchen facilities and a living room with stunning Central Park views. Carrara Italian marble bathrooms feature double sinks, a deep-soaking jetted tub, separate rain shower and toilet cabin, a bidet, and state-of-the-art technologies including mirror televisions and heated floors.

Presidential Suite

The newly redesigned Presidential Suite has been re-imagined as a sumptuous collector’s suite where sophisticated global luxury travellers will surround themselves with the art and treasures of their travels. Furniture styles range from contemporary to classic and blend seamlessly with chic accents, making it the ideal locale for both stylish entertaining and relaxation. Fashioned in the style of a grand apartment, the Presidential Suite features a large foyer that leads to the formal dining room, living room, exquisite wood-panelled library, numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The master suite encompasses an expansive luxury dressing room, spa-style bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a sumptuous bedroom with a private sitting area. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto large balconies with spectacular views of Central Park, Fifth Avenue and 55th Street.
