Sir Richard Branson’s stunning mountain retreat, perched high in the Swiss Alps in Verbier and is the perfect year-round escape.
The 13 friendly and experienced staff include a General Manager, spa therapist, Raymond Blanc trained chef and Pebbles – the chalet dog. Each one is dedicated to tailor-making each guest experience…. People may arrive as guests but often leave as friends.
Accommodation
This picture perfect chalet sleeps up to 18 adults in seven beautifully decorated luxury bedrooms and two stunning Master Suites, all enjoying views to the valley below. An additional six children can be accommodated in the kid’s bunkroom.
Dining
Dining at The Lodge will be one of the highlights of your stay, the open plan kitchen provides the perfect opportunity to watch the chef work his magic. With a mix of Swiss and international cuisine dining can be as formal or informal as you wish, from full four-course gourmet meals to picnics and lighter options for children. The wine cellar offers the perfect opportunity to ‘nose and swirl’ around the extensive selection of wines.
Activities
Relaxation is essential after a busy day on the mountains. The Lodge features an indoor pool, steam room and both indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis. Active types can also wind down in the gym or try their hand at croquet on the lawn in summer. In the winter months, children can also take to skates or the adults can enjoy a spot of curling on The Lodge’s own mini ice rink. Everyone can Relax in the party area, with books, games, DVDs, the latest games consoles and a karaoke machine.

The Lodge, Verbier is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,500m in the Valais region of south-western Switzerland – 51 miles or 82 kilometres east of Geneva.The Lodge is perched high in the Swiss Alps in a forested area just a five minute walk from the town centre of Verbier, and only 250m from the main Medran lift station
