| A beautiful and traditional old stone provençal farmhouse situated in the Côtes de Provence wine producing area, half way between the charming medieval village of Ramatuelle and Pampelonne Beach. The property is in a very private position, surrounded by vineyards on all sides. From the master bedroom you can just see the sea across the countryside. In such serene, rural surroundings, it seems incredible to think that the life and bustle of the St Tropez coast is such a short distance away.
The accommodation is on two floors with the ground floor rooms opening onto an attractive old brick-tiled terrace to the front, with vine-covered pergola, chairs, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and big terracotta pots of lavender and herbs. To one side of the house is a garden with mature trees and a swimming pool. The interiors are charming with traditional terracotta tiled floors and old ceiling beams. The rooms are very tastefully furnished with country antiques and lovely old rugs and lamps. This property stands in contrast with the more sophisticated properties we have in this area. It is absolutely delightful and would be ideal for one or two families. |
