| Located at the heart of the historic Marais district, this beautiful apartment is on the 4th floor of a classic 17th century Marais stone building. The building has a security code and interphone, but no lift. This part of Paris has become one of the most sought after and trendy areas to live, its narrow streets lined with appealing boutiques, galleries, cafés and restaurants. Numerous places of interest within an easy walk include the Place des Vosges, Picasso and Carnavalet Museums, the Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame and the Ile St. Louis.
The elegant interiors have been decorated and furnished with an old world charm with beautiful antiques, yet at the same time, exudes contemporary energy and style. The whole apartment is very bright, with many full length windows and very peaceful. One bedroom faces a courtyard, and the other, facing the street, has double-glazing. The original period parquet wooden floor is overlaid with a natural sea grass rug and the furnishings are all of a high quality. The dining area, located next to the open-plan kitchen, has plenty of space for four people. Further amenities include television, radio/CD player, high speed internet connection, iron and ironing board. Telephone, electricity and gas are charged extra.
