| This luxurious Caribbean-style villa has a wonderful location, directly overlooking Pampelonne Beach, which is just a short walk away, together with the renowned restaurant, Club 55.
The villa is set in private grounds with palm trees and flower gardens. Huge sliding glass doors open from the spacious living area to equally spacious terraces with pillars and both covered and uncovered seating and dining areas. Just beyond this is the swimming pool (10 x 5m), in a beautiful position, with uninterrupted views of the sea. The pool has step access on every side and can be heated on request. There is also a tennis court to the rear of the property, available for guests on request. The tennis court is shared with our other property nearby, Presque Plage, and the two could be rented together for larger groups. The interiors are spacious and light with white walls and modern furnishings. There is a plasma screen television in the living room and all bedrooms have satellite television, telephone, hi-fi, safe and air conditioning. |
