Please note that there are many unlicensed agencies offering tours and trips in Nha Trang. Although a trip through these agencies might seem cheaper than those at the resort, please be aware that since no license is given, the sanitary standards, safety measures as well as programme are below acceptable. At the resort, entire activities including the full range of watersports are covered with comprehensive international liability insurance, up to 100,000 US Dollar per guest. The resort takes great pride in assuring guests they are in safe hands at all times. Furthermore, for safety reasons, some of the excursions and activities do have age restrictions, however do not fear we do offer a separate range of activities specifically made for children.
