The entire estate is hired on an exclusive basis. There are no other guests other than those you invite. Rates start at AUD $2500.00 per night, depending on the length of stay and the number of guests you want to include.

The Property
Known as “the island on the mainland” Trinity Beach Palace sets the standards for beach front property. The grounds contain a selection of Queensland’s most beautiful tropical plantings; all carefully selected to provide an amazing fusion of year-round colour. Natural rock cascades, palm trees and large lawns complete the picture.
Set on approximately 10,000 square metres (2 1/2 acres) of park-like, tropical landscaped grounds with a 130m of beach frontage, this property is of an exceptional international standard. From the moment you enter the austere “palace gates” you can sense that this is a special place; a place that only a privileged few will ever get to experience.
Services
Whether you want to relax and be pampered or get physical and work out. It’s all available either on the property or close to it.
Utilising local specialists we can arrange appointments with beauty therapists, masseuses (in-house massage also available), hair stylists and yoga instructors. There is also a local gymnasium and Pilates studio nearby.
Baby sitters and daily child care assistance is also available.
You can hire a limousine if you wish, otherwise there is a Range Rover Vogue 4WD available for hire with the property if you prefer to drive yourself.
We can arrange adventure tours, evening entertainment, day trips and barrier reef excursions; pretty much anything at all. Just tell us what you would like!
