This perfect tropical escape was named in September 2006 "Fiji's Leading Resort" at the World Travel Awards (voted by 167,000 travel agents).
Vatulele (pronounced ‘Vah-too-lay-lay’), is located on a spectacular island in the Fiji group. The resort is 'all inclusive' and accommodates just 19 couples who are pampered by 110 staff.
Vatulele is generally acknowledged as one of the most outstanding 'bare-foot' luxury resorts in the world, and is well known for its unique weddings as well as amazing scuba diving.
The villas or bures are spacious and identical, enjoying easy access to the water, each with its stretch of white sand.
Twelve doors open to an expansive terrace, and from the living room you walk up three steps to the bedroom, with a king size bed and a dressing area.
The bures are around 50 metres apart and are set in natural jungle, allowing privacy.
