Since 6 October 2014, the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has been undergoing a series of renovations to continue to ensure that their most demanding customers’ needs and expectations are met.

During its transformation, the hotel is reinventing itself while staying true to its unique DNA and heritage. It will roll out different wings until the official reopening in December 2018.

The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo sits in the heart of Monaco, with the best position on the F1 Grand Prix racetrack and a roster of such famous past guests as Cary Grant, Michael Jackson and Nelson Mandela. Prince Rainier and Princess Grace of Monaco celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary in its private wine cellar, one of the largest and oldest in the world. Today they might have opted instead for Alain Ducasse’s three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV restaurant, with its soaring painted ceilings, low chandeliers and heavy draperies.

At the one-Michelin-starred Le Grill, stunning panoramic views provide a breathtaking backdrop, while Le Bar Américain offers a cozy, low-key setting in which to enjoy a cocktail or a glass of one of the more than 300,000 Champagne vintages. Le Côté Jardin is a lovely garden restaurant in the middle of the city.

Throughout the renovation of the restaurant Le Grill, the Empire Room will offer the most beautiful setting for lunch and dinner. Neither the main entrance, lobby, nor the American Bar will be affected by the works, which will take place during the weekdays. 

During this period the hotel will continue to provide customers with the magic that only legendary palaces can create.
