Cesme is located on a promontory on the tip of a peninsula and is dominated by the medieval Cesme Castle. South of the castle is an Ottoman caravanserai built in 1528 that has been transformed into a lovely boutique hotel, and check the Greek Orthodox church of Ayios Haralambos to see the current art exhibition. Along with the historical attractions, visitors will enjoy local pleasures, such as a dip in the thermal baths followed by the culinary delights of native fruits, artisan cheeses and local wines. Çeşme is the third best surfing resort in the world. Alaçatı is unique as the depth of the water does not go deeper than 1 meter for over 700 meters off shore and the area receives heavy wind. Surf Festivals take place here every year.

Other traditional goods such as tangerine flavoured Turkish delight, Nazar amulets and handicrafts are also main souvenirs. Bodrum Castle is one of the major attractions on the peninsula. The ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus which built in the fourth century BC, are also one of the main sights in Bodrum. Apart from the Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archaeology, there are also other museums like Zeki Müren Art Museum and Bodrum Maritime Museum.

The Palace of Grand Master, the Street of the Knights, the old port of Mandraki and Hippocrates Square are the most important place to visit on the island. Rhodes has many beaches worth to visit, such as Tsambika, Ladiko, Kallithea, Saint Paul's Bay. Windsurfing and kite surfing are very popular in Rhodes. The best windsurfing spot is Prassonissi, but Theologos, Ixia and other beaches close to Rhodes Town are also nice for this sports.

Sushi
Seabourn researched the best ingredients and developed a menu that is a perfect blend of authenticity to maintain the root of the cuisine, and a twist of Seabourn’s culinary expertise. The sushi concept is a modern line that is steeped in tradition using the finest ingredients. Hamachi, tuna, shrimp and other fresh fish products will be shipped from Japan to Sushi and served à la carte for dinner. The menu features caviar and small plates, along with a selection of maki rolls, sushi and sashimi, and salads. In addition, the restaurant will feature three varieties of bento boxes for lunch: meat, seafood and vegetarian. Currently there are no plans to open Sushi on the existing fleet of Odyssey-class ships.
